In Another Country

My honey and I got up early today and decided to visit another country. For those of you in Europe, this is probably no big deal...a week-end in France, or just across the lake to Switzerland...but we rarely go outside of the U.S.A.

Especially when we only stayed for an hour, and then we turned around and came home!

We were feeling adventurous, and I had seen LBorla's blip of the RenCen yesterday, so we headed to Windsor, Canada at 7 this morning.

I was surprised at how close together everything is by the river...one minute we were in Canada...drove through the tunnel...and next thing you know we were in the shadow of this beautiful building...coming home. Thankfully the customs people were all very nice, and let us in without a hassle.

Maybe it was dress rehearsal for a trip across the pond one of these days!!
