April challenge #19 The last thing I bought

Bought at exactly 2.23pm today. A new pair of bloody school shoes !!

Millie has had Start rite shoes since September and has not out grown them - no way ! - in fact her feet are exactly the same size ! But the shoes have worn completely through on the sole. How can this be when they cost so much ?
It's not even as if we walk to school and back every day - half the week we have to go by car due to logistics.

Poor Poor Poor - if there is nothing I hate more it is clothing and shoes that do not live up to their 'quality' price tag.

Oh yes and it's such nice weather the kids are playing cricket and footie in the garden - and NOT in her new shoes !
