Sunday 22 April 2012: Yorkshire Utopia
Marathon day. I had put in the training. I was dressed appropriately, not too hot, not too cold, I had plenty of fluids, sugary snacks and a prime position and I literally put in hours and hours of watching it from my sofa. I am exhausted!
My friend did it for real in 5 hrs 23 and had a calf problem from about 30k so I am very proud of him
My go in the Manchester one next week
Thought I was heading for an emergency blip due to biblical rain activity this afternoon but then this happened...look at it!! I mean I know you are but this is heaven on earth to me.
I have never been here before and happened to take a different route home tonight from collecting the girls in Lancs and look what greeted me.
I have loads of shots from today, What was an impromtu right turn in the car turned into a photo shoot extraordinaire. It's Scartop near Haworth ( Bronte land ) and I think it'd be a great place for a blipnic in the summer.
I am going to upload some more to my blipfolio as I am still not sure whether this one is the best blip or this .
Imagine if the world was this pretty every day xx
