New to the World

Today I went to the barn to do chores and I took my camera along with me.
Found this hen with eight chicks. When they nestled down in the sun shine, the babies all scurried under her for more warmth.

It is common for one to peak out and see what is going on. This little one did not understand what I am and kept an eye on me, being only a few days old and still new to the world.
