Monday 23 April 2012: Happy Birthday ...
... to Mr. Laurence Blipton!
I made him a cookie cake. Sort of. And he blew out the candle. At our age the ratio cake/candles is so off, I'm going with just the 1 - for a healthy, happy new year :)
In other news: I've been sweeping, vacuuming and cursing the little maple helicopters the wind has been throwing around. They are flippin' everywhere - which is unsurprising considering there are 3 maples surrounding the house. The only time of year I'm less than enamoured with them.
Also, my boss bought me a new laser printer. I am oddly excited about that, mostly because it spits out papers faster than I can click 'print'. Oh, it's the little things :)
