Tuesday 24 April 2012: Ice Ice Baby....
We are just passing Cuba on the way to Florida and the plane home, the weather has changed from sunny to blowing a gale which moved everyone off the pool area as we were bombarded by cups, cans, papers and food as the wind became so strong.
I thought that I would load my blip up while I could and use the last few minutes of the internet that my $100 has purchased.
I was one of the many folks watching this highly skilled chef sculpting a fish from a big block of ice, it took him 6 minutes and 10seconds to produce this.
Home tomorrow and straight to work, I am so sad....
