Monday 23 April 2012: Best drink of the day!
I love having a cup of tea in the evening in front of the telly! You can never rush the steeping / masting /stewing process however, to get the right colour and taste.
Now here's a question.....Milk in first or last? Where I live the water is so hard adding milk first can make the tea look better! I know it's the taste not the look!
