Wednesday 25 April 2012: Apt weather for ....
... Ronald Duck.
The photo top right was taken at 2:30 pm, an hour later I took the bottom one. The stream has risen really quickly and has burst its banks. (You can see the same tree in both pictures). If it carries on raining for another hour the field will flood. Lucky we're on a bit of a hill and stilts. Ronald and his lady wife duck Jemima are as happy as ducks in the rain, so it's not all bad.
My Dad managed a couple of hours work on the decking, and I got the afternoon off.
