That's an Unidentified Running Blipper
I met one today on my walk but I'm not sure who it was. Lovely man, must have thought I was a right werido though! Deaf due to MP3 Player and freaky looking due to full on waterproofs
I heard the Cuckoo this evening. First time this year hence the blip of a sketch...like I could actually get a photo. All credit to Google Images for this one!
