Friday 27 April 2012: The good oil
And good oil it is. From our own avos as featured here
I should do this shot properly rather than rushed while cooking. The colour is just amazing , I'll have a go at trying to image that. Looks like a vibrant green food coloured liquid , but it's nothing but the oil from the fruit. Keep it in the dark and sealed and it's good for 2 or 3 years. But right now it's fresh and just beautiful.
