Caught in the Act

In Bristol, our general rubbish (as distinct from food waste) is collected only every two weeks. This means if you are away on the designated week, rubbish can overflow the bins. When this happened to me, I put it all out on the patio, thinking that as there was no food, or food packaging, it wouldn't attract scavengers. Clearly I was wrong.

This creature and his/her mate wrought havoc not only on the bags of rubbish but on the adjacent flower boxes and plants. They were so intent on their gleeful destruction, they didn't even notice me, just on the other side of the window with my camera.

But what a great blip opportunity, eh?
