Friday 27 April 2012: Old Father Oak
Still blipless at 5 o'clock so had a wander round the garden..... chased after a robin for a bit, but then noticed this lovely old tree was just catching the late afternoon sunlight ... I love the dappled shade and the shapes made by the bark around where a branch used to be. Also the strands of ivy standing out like veins on an old wrinkled hand ...
