Friday 27 April 2012: Patchwork
Today went pretty much as planned - I finished the meeting report, spoke to my client, sorted my schedule for next week and closed the office for the weekend. Hurrah!
My trip to the GP went ok - he's pleased with my mood at the moment, especially considering the drama of last weekend, and so I continue as is and go back in two weeks. And the nurse was pleased with Ant's wounds. The two smaller ones on his legs have healed very nicely, and the larger one on his leg is getting there. But I was amazed at how well the bite on his arm has healed already considering how deep it was. He's back next Friday for them to check the two larger wounds again.
I took today's blip on my phone while I was waiting for my appointment. It's an embroidery that was made by Yaxley Embroidery Club to celebrate the millennium, more than three years before I moved here.
