This is a portable, encrypted hard disk for storing (and moving) confidential data. Enter the PIN on the keypad, the drive unlocks and shows itself to the computer.

We had 64 of them in the office. How hard can it be to get the correct data onto each one of them?

Frustratingly so, it turns out.
