Dummies

Freaky, non? yes, I thought so too when I came upon them.

I was walking around the prep site of a large event which will take place tomorrow. The occasion -- Heroes Rush -- brings together a bunch of rescue people and intrepid 'normal' folks for a 5-7k race through a series of obstacles and challenges designed by firefighters. There are 12 such events across the States over a year-long period, sponsored by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

I'm assuming the dummies will play a part in the event at some point. This evening, they were simply sprawled out all over one corner of a field, making for this unusual picture.
