Saturday 28 April 2012: Overwhelming.

Didn't indicate this yesterday, but I received my flash camera, as good as new last night. o.O Busy all evening :'( Had a little discovery experimenting very late last night/early this morning...

... Had little time today, to either :'( Up bright and early, on a fundraiser for youth group, packing gift bags for Gilmours, and decorating their gigantic warehouse, for a 90th celebration this evening. Heaps of fun all morning, and then headed back to E's with A, T, I, S, G, and R, lost track of time quite completely, and A and I lost our ride to D's :'( So that wasn't so good.

Fun by the pool, me with my compact (my dslr just isn't that easy to take around, eh...), bragging our competitiveness and in particular, I got to know them all a little more. Good day.

So. my photo. Well, I got home, rushed to my camera, finally free to play around with it, and completely became overwhelmed by all it's features. I got a little gist of it, but am determined to find time -in the next busy, busy week!?- to read the manual, and figure some controls out. Like how to STOP it flashing, in every, single, shot. mm. This photo, not my best; I have MUCH to learn about this camera, and how it works. All too exciting. But I doo like it. Idea of transferal.. as well as playing with themes:

Two Hundred. Gone in a flash, and worth every minute I have lost agonising over what to blip, which photo to blip, and what to write in my daily journal. I'm so lucky to have continued support on here, and appreciate the hearts and stars, the comments, and even the views, EVERY single day. mm.

I feel I must give my honouring thanks at milestones, even if they are not that far apart, because they are well deserved. Just... love blip.

Long blurb, lots to say however, more than I can really think of now. Always the case, but lots else I have to do tonight.
