Friday 27 April 2012: Looking Up...
No I didn't climb down into the drains to get this, it's from a commercial street by a residential complex in the Honggutan district in Nanchang. Part of the street is covered over, with skylights every few metres.
Businesses on the street include a Japanese restaurant, Hair Salon, Maotai shop (Chinese liquor), coffee bar, a travel agent, and various shops. Although this is a rather expensive area the street is sadly rather scruffy, despite being very new.
