Friday 27 April 2012: Absinthe

My friend Vivienne invited a couple of us over for dinner and the pre-dinner drink was absinthe from France! Not the kind with wormwood (no crazy hallucinations here...)

You pour a shot of absinthe into your glass and then put a sugar cube onto the special spoon which sits on the top of the glass. Then you put the glass under the foundation which drops water onto the sugar to slowly dissolve it. A Delicious treat!
