Never underestimate the power of the people.
I lost count of how many people voted with their wheels today and "pedalled on the Parliament"
Mark Beaumont, the infamous round the world cyclist gave an inspiring speech as did a number of others.
As the MSP pointed out £18 million has been pledged over 3years by government is like pissing in the wind / let's say a start ..........
but a long way to go until some serious money is ploughed in, to seriously encourage more people to cycle within a safe environment !
