or oart as they say around here.
I have been successfully maturing another batch of empty packs of cigarettes: you let them get rained on for 4 to 5 days (that's the easy part), then you let them dry in the sun for an afternoon (you really have to be on the lookout for the sunny afternoon...).
It gives them a weathered look and they also should hopefully be less slippery when scattered around an exhibition space.
To say that Mrs Raheny is ecstatic to see the garden being used for the artifartification of empty cigarette packs would be a bit of an understatement...
