Saturday 28 April 2012: Shades of decay
It's been a lazy Saturday. I slept in until 11am, only awoken by the phone ringing from a wrong number, but I obviously needed the rest. We watched a bit of TV and cleaned and reorganised the main kitchen cupboard. This inspired me to use up a moroccan tagine spice mix for tea tonight: prawn tagine for Ant and quorn for me, served with apricot, pistachio and feta rice. Delicious, but I'm feeling a bit stuffed as a result.
I'd noticed this orchid flower on a window ledge this morning, fallen from its stem, and I thought it might make a nice blip for today.
