Sunday 29 April 2012: Jacks Point Lighthouse
My first ever entry from my iPad!!!!
Used the App Photogene recommended by arroset ..... thanks for all your info.
After lunch (once again a stunning day) we went for a walk along the cliffs to the lighthouse and sat on Rangi's seat watching the waves and the terns diving into the sea, a particularly nice way to spend some time.
Rangi's seat.....this local young family man was killed in a tragic motor bike accident not too many years ago - his friends carved an amazing seat from one block of wood....it is a stunning work of art
We have had a wonderful few days off but back to work tomorrow.
Our Crusaders rugby team are playing in Oz later this afternoon and will enjoy sitting back to watch them. Ritchie McCaw (All Black captain) is returning after having surgery following the World Cup....just in case you had forgotten we won that cup!!!!
