By The Book

Bought some new recipe books and I thought for a change I would actually use them! So I invited the parents round for dinner - what I didn't expect was the effort required to chop up a butternut squash - I should have bought shares in plasters!

It looks almost like the picture - and tasted not bad either!

Desert was homemade ice cream - it was really yummy and although it was really noisy to make it was worth it!
