Sunday 29 April 2012: The Long Road Home
Sunshine & blue skies all day long!
It feels we have seen half of Scotland today. Have been exploring - made plenty stretch the legs stops so the old dog didn't get too stiff. Photo taken from a back road about 10 miles inland from Helmsdale. Also driven the length of both Loch Ness & Loch Lomond, through Glen Coe. Lots of snow on the mountain tops. Started raining as we crossed into England.
Home now, car unpacked, dogs fast asleep & hubby watching footy.
Can hardly keep my eyes open so I'll be back tomorrow to catch up.
