Main HP steamvalve
At unit EC3: main HP steamvalve (well, at least a part of it).
The valve itself is inside insulation, this picture shows the support for the electric drive.
To level the pressure between piping at boiler side and turbine side when the main valve is still closed, we use a small bypass; it's support is shown in the back, on both sides of the mainvalvestem.
I'm experimenting a bit on DOF, by trying the largest possible aperture (low number) and using the zoom of my 28-300 lens.
Keep on trying....
In the meantime we are waiting if our unit at Nijmegen (coal-fired) will be able to start-up; if not we have to come into action.
