April Challenge...Things that make you sad

I think this maybe is the hardest one of the lot. I've had my fair share of sad moments over the last few months and how do you capture that on film? However, they were interjected with good times too, and for that i'm thankful, i have some good memories. There's no point dwelling though and it's time to look to the future, and i am in a happier place all round.
Being between 2 night shifts with very little sleep has been the saddest part of my day resulting in an emergency blip, but then i was treated to an impromptu coffee with a friend who makes me smile...a lot!
