Silver

Went down to running club tonight and collected a silver medal, I was a member of the silver medal winning V50 cross country team in the mid-lanc's league, we had been competing for first place all winter and were narrowly beaten in the last event.

Beautiful evening for a run round the country lanes tonight, I got rather warm and ended up running with my shirt off, probably scared a few motorists!
