Monday 30 April 2012: Beekeeping
This evening I went to a special event of the Edinburgh and Midlothian Beekeepers' Association which was arranged for the beginner members. The course I'm attending started just over three weeks ago, so it was a good opportunity to meet local beekeepers and learn more about bees. There was delicious honey fudge and cake with mead and other honey flavoured drinks for after the formal talks. Great evening!
