Cyberpunk(ish) alley?

On my way to play badminton. I guess this place that I take sometimes as a shortcut makes me think of several things. Some might think this is scary place but I find it a bit sentimental. Kinda makes me think of Ghost in the Shell. I can totally see Makoto running here with a gun...
