Sunday 29 April 2012: Bluebells in the rain
Got soaked just going from the car to the gym this morning. Another body pump session and almost back to my previous weights again.
Persistent rain and gusts of wind just about all day. There was a brief respite in the afternoon so I did a quick tour round the garden. These are the bluebells at the bottom of the garden. The leaky wildlife pond that was almost empty a month ago is now amost full. A magpie has been stealing the old sweet pea straw from some trellis over the weekend. We've watched it pull long strands off and fly away with them hanging from its beak.
The grey miserable day was polished off with ironing....what a fun Sunday.
