Monday 30 April 2012: over and under
..and just a tad off center.
Not the prettiest light she ever did see. But at'll do.
This evening turned into a lovely surprise as I picked up my former manager at Alcon from her hotel downtown and we went to Del Frisco's for a drink. A drink turned into steak tartare at the bar and a $22 glass of 2006 Brunello di Montalcino. I told myself that I earned it from last week's perfect Immuno score. It was so delicious. Italia is on my mind lately. I've been wanting to speak it more and more with friends. I need to go back. Certo.
I also had to make sure that they would do a bone-in filet to go in the future for me. Rest assured - they will.
A girl's got to have her steak done right.
