Tuesday 1 May 2012: The Rockies indoors
As I mentioned the other day, we bought a Keiser spin bike. You can download these videos which take you on a 40 minute ride through various wholesome outdoor settings. They're quite fun and they make you vary the workout. Yes, it's not as good as getting out there, but here I am riding through the Rockies in a quick half hour before dinner.
