Wednesday 2 May 2012: Horsey Horsey

My neighbour and I took the dogs out for a long walk earlier - and the sun came out for five whole minutes, which was nice. It was very relaxing, especially after I'd been messed about this morning.

My sister-in-law text me to arrange a coffee at Costa first thing. I arrived a little early. Forty minutes later I was still waiting. She hadn't 'realised the time'. Hmmm. Can't say it was a hardship, sitting there drinking tea and scrolling through twitter, but...

I'd decided to 'let go' the snarky phone comment that upset me last week, to not be so sensitive, and to just have a pleasant coffee together. Well that went well, didn't it?!!! I give up.

Anyway - Matt's last rugby session tonight! No more rushed dinners, muddy kit, freezing pitches - yay! He wants to do the summer fitness training with them, but probably won't sign up for another full season. Before that though, is the rugby families' June camping trip in the Peak District, which we've said just yes to. Both kids are looking forward to it, and I will be too, as long as it warms up a bit :)
