Every year Gulliver's School take part in an inter school sports day competition, Gulliver's class was in 2 halves, Korea and France, Gulli was in France, his team didn't win but he had a really good day and was soooo pleased that I came along, apparently he had been asking my friend for hours when I was coming, I told him I would come near the end, it was from 11-2.40 and I arrived at 2, so glad I went, it meant a lot to him ;-)

I went to Pilates this morning, my shoulder is not good, I injured my rotator cuff some months back and it really hurts, I have some pysio strating in a few weeks, I got some advice from a ldy in the class who had seen me struggling, pressure points and arnica ointment!
