Wednesday 2 May 2012: The Darling Bud of May
The Rhododendrun is almost in flower, I rather like it in bud like this. Beautiful day today, not summer yet though, a little chill in the air but in a hot spot like our deck rather nice to sit out.
For those interested, we have seen no sign of Grey Squirrel since the HG fitted the home made anti-squirrel device, not sure if it is working or not, but the peanuts are still there. However, we haven't actually seen Mr. Squirrel attempt to get to the nuts, so can't say for sure. We can hope. Will let you know if anything transpires.
Thank you for all your good wishes, I am feeling much better, and hope to be 'normal' tomorrow. At least I will try to be, don't know if I ever am!
