Six Going On 15th Century

No good photos today, but we had been discussing my print of Petrus Christus' Portrait of a Young Woman, which she may have modelled in a past life.

In fact, when she pulled her skivvy over her head, she made a perfect reproduction, apart from clarity of image.

This portrait from earlier in the evening captures something of the mood, possibly more inscrutable with the gaze averted.

Sometimes it's better not to know...
