Since I re-started regularly doing the Bench ride this time last year, I have cycled 1900 miles to and from the Bench. That's the same as a round trip to Stockholm, Warsaw, Naples or Lisbon as the crow flies or a one-way trip to Greenland, Western Sahara, Syria or the Canary Islands.
It interesting how the trees this year are bare compared to last year at the same time.
