Something's Up.

Today the nutter seemed apprehensive.
He was aware of the same bloke with the camera sitting on the bench at the bottom of the steps, although he noted that there was only a double scoop of ice cream in the cone this time. He also noted a single seated female (possibly East European) at the top of the steps. Why she was there he could only surmise. But what really threw him was that this time he was potentially in the middle of a painting.
