The supposed seat of power in this country - the real one is in the Horseshoe Bar in the Shelbourne - and the place where really epic mistakes are made! Sorry RE, but screwing up the Serbian translation of an immigration form isn't in the same league as giving E60bn to the bankers!
Don't know why the gates were open; just joined the line of American tourists to grab a shot. Note to tourist board - try targeting Germans; get them to come and see what they own!
