Lookin' out my back door

Well, not mine, but of a terrace house in a Fishguard side street where I recently discovered this quirky little urban garden. I don't know who it belongs to but I'm hoping to meet its creator one day. I like the use of objets trouvés and recyclés and the bright colours looked good on what proved to be another overcast day.

As for the title, anyone else remember this?
