My mothers birthday!

Today it is my mums Birthday!

So i have been baking all morning and just shot out to get a few bits of fruit to add to the top for decoration!

These are vanilla cupcakes with a Swiss meringue frosting!

It took for ever to beat together!

Well hope shes likes them!
