Friday 4 May 2012: Purple
Totally frustrating day and I shall not dwell on that. I choose to remember that today was the first day I left the house without a jacket because the weather was soooo nice.
As I left Mainz the Volkspark was full of groups of people with barbecues having a good time (and oddly, an obstreperous group of young guys who'd obviously had too much to drink - that's something that I haven't seen a lot of outside Rosenmontag or Silvester).
Yesterday's song was The Kinks Sunny Afternoon and today's is this :-
