Friday 4 May 2012: Early Morning Swing

I don't know what was going on this morning, but I've been awake since 3 AM, unable to sleep (quite rare lately with my energy issues, but hey - I'm not complaining! I got up and got a head start on the day!) and Larkyn awoke bright and early at 6 AM (She usually starts making little noises about 7 AM). I was working at my computer and heard her making her little friends "slide" down the railing of her crib, saying, "Wheeeeeee, that's fun, huh?"

So, the happy little Larkyn and I went for an earlier-than-usual walk, and because of that, I thought we could stop at the park we always pass for a quick swing-slide fix. Goodness, it seems like just yesterday that I started the park swing series, when Larkyn was not even a year old, and now as I look at this, I realize it won't be long before the toddler swings are no longer appropriate for her!
