Friday 4 May 2012: I've said it before and I'll say it again...
...I'm in love with the curry guy!
This is blackened Salmon with a coriander and lime sauce and it was delicious! The blackened bit was tasty and crispy (great tip on how to get the skin extra crispy) the sauce was hot, fresh and full of flavour WOW -- can't wait to have it again!
