Saturday 5 May 2012: yummy feijoas.........mmmm
I am still staying with my daughter in Ashburton. She is a "duckshooting" widow for the weekend. It is quite cold outside, so staying inside by fire. I needed a blip and noticed a bowl of feijoas on table. They are so nice this time of year, beautiful flavour and fragrance. I am not sure where these fruit are native from but they are superb.
