Saturday 5 May 2012: Toto, I've a Feeling We're not in Kansas Anymore
We cycled to the village of Penpont and followed the yellow brick road arrows to the church hall where the "All you can eat for £2.50" afternoon tea was in full swing. Hot beverages were served in china cups, cakes arrived on proper cake stands and all the while the muscians serenaded us. Surreal and brilliant.
("Are you sure you wouldn't like some more chocolate cake?"
"Mm don't mind if I do"....)
