Mstr almost-5 needs a new passport. The new rules for passport photos are not especially conducive to obtaining photos anywhere on the attractive side of things, but can on occasion have hilarious results. As here. xD
How to explain to a child they must display a neutral expression? Don't smile ... ok then, this. xP
