Friday 4 May 2012: Successful Conclusion (125/366)
A busy week at the end of a long project saw successful delivery of 32 local government election ballot counts across Scotland.
This is Andy, the Scottish Government's project manager assigned to the task. When each count finished, a member of the team had to wear this T-shirt, printed with the names of the two organisations primarily responsible for delivering the counting equipment. Andy holds the last sign, after Highland had a recount.
Incidentally, the software delivered the exact same result in both the initial count and the recount.
A great day professionally, but not a great day for photography. This the best of a very poor bunch of shots.
