Sunday 6 May 2012: Lewisham Sunset
You know, I think I could get into this train spotting business, and I'm in the perfect spot.
Lewisham is the closest station, and although it isn't beautiful, like Petersham, very few trains stop, and dozens fly through every hour.
The tracks curve and snake into the horizon, and there are lots of fences to rest the camera on, if your tripod is stuffed.
It's such fun to fiddle around with the settings and see what effects you can come up with. I liked half a dozen or so, but I'm not going to look at them any longer.
I think you'll be seeing more of Lewisham Station.
