Saturday 5 May 2012: Vindaloo
None of your Saturday night greasy take-away rubbish here. My home-made chicken vindaloo, pilau rice and parathas with mint and yogurt dip. To be honest I'd love to have a take-away Indian food joint nearby but the Spanish don't really get Indian food. It's far too spicy and hot for their pallets.
